PATHETIC SERVICE AS PROMENADE CASH CRUDAERS

Pathetic service I'm receiving from different staff members on the phone, I called today 13:12 and spoke to Nikiwe to follow up if my online payment is reflecting, she then put me on hold stating she's getting someone to assist, that hold was 4 minutes then the line was dropped. I called again and spoke to someone else Upon asking why my line was dropped after being on hold for so long she then put me on hold again for 10 minutes, now my calls is just getting dropped. For a big company like Cash crusaders this is really pathetic as I also sent multiple WhatsApp that just get blue ticked. Why does this store have contact details if they don't prioritise calling customer or chatting to their WhatsApp
