Pathetic Service and Products

I bought a Power Mixer and Speakers at Cash Crusaders Parow on Friday *** and connected it the Sunday.

Once connected I realized that the one tweeter was not working and then contacted the store to advise. they said that they have to send it to be repaired and it will take 21 days. I then contacted head office and spoke to Dirk who also advised that it must be sent away. I have 3 Gigs this weekend and will now lose R7000.00 because I bought a new product that does not work.

I can't believe the level of service from this company....I spent R8000.00 to be *****ed over...
