Pathetic Service

On the 1st March 2021 We had house breaking. Hisense TV and Dixon Speaker was ******. We then heard by the community member that he saw unknown two guys on his way to Khayelitsha Mall holding these goods. According to him they were going to the direction of Khayelitsha cash crusaders store. We then went to cash crusaders and asked if the goods were sold to them and they confirmed the goods were sold to them and they requested a serial number for goods. I then told them it will be impossible for me to produce the proof of payment as the goods were bought 3 years back and the serial number will be on manual TV book or to the box which I don't even have those things anymore since the TV were bought in 2018 at Knysna game store and I've relocate to cape town. I then went to bank and request the 2018 bank statement, On the statement it does show the game transaction that was made on the same day I bought the tv from game and the balance was paid cash. I did request game to assist with proof of payment or slip but they are sending back and fought. I went to Khayelitsha Cash Crusaders again to inform the I'm having challenges of getting the proof of payment as I am still waiting for game to provide the slip. We also opened the case but it's not going any were as the witness does not want to give statement. The only thing I fail to understand is according to Akhona ( The manager and the Khayelitsha Cash crusaders policy they document they request from the seller id copy and serial number of the item, But on this case the took the ****** goods from burglaries with out the serial number instead the took the model number of the tv and driving license from the *******. They can't even get hold of the person who sold them the items. According to game the keep their serial number on manual book or in tv books , The numbers that they provide me is the model numbers from the tv. We as community struggle and buy things for ourselves mean while the are places like Khayelitsha cash crusaders' that they just buy things ******* without following proper protocol. The keep on saying that they are working hand to hand with Lingelethu police station while the do thing against the law. If Khayelitsha Cash Crusader's thinks the will get away with this matter , I will expose them even if it took me more years to resolve this matter. We are in Khayelitsha staying in the crime infested area but still they encourage crime to be done the way cash crusaders' do things.
