Pathetic service

On the 20th of December 2025 bought a second hand laptop for R2000 on the 26 of December laptop was no longer working .on the 12of January 2026 had to return it for repair and the lady was busy shouting at me why ddnt I call after I saw the fault and I told her was not available and mind due it's still under warranty and she then said one crew was missing when u make the purchase now 4 is missing ...I'm like why ddnt u show me that 4 is missing and she change a story telling me she was not the one who was helping me it was another lady I told her ur the one who I made payment and also explain the ***** missing without showing me.cash and crusaders they don't know customer service number one ...number two they lack softkills how can u shout to a customer....that lady doesn't deserve to work with clients she is a bully ....so in short I was ****** my R2k for a laptop tht doesn't work .run away buying things from cash and crusedars from Mall of Tembisa
