Pathetic really
I posted this in August I am shocked by this service, we bought a tablet at cash crusaders Newton park Port elizabeth, a brand new one. My son broke the screen, we took it back for repairs, they told us, it needs to lay in quarintine for 7 days, then it takes 2 - 3 days for repairs. The Tablet has been there since JUNE!! We keep phoning and they keep saying they are going to phone us back. After about 10 phone calls, we get told TODAY that it is going to take more than another Month because the parts must come from China, its a DIXON tablet, Seriously, pathetic, the manager does not even know what is going on!
It is now November, and still NO help, NO answer, NOTHING
