Pathetic manager and *********** staff at Durbanville branch

Very very bad service! Agreed to them buying some office furniture as we are moving. Had to follow up every week to arrange for a collection time. After three weeks they arrive 4 days before our move. I have sent trough measurements of ALL the furniture before hand. They arrived with a vehicle not large enough to fit all. The collection guys where so ***********, the office ladies had to help with disassembling some of the furniture. They did not leave any instructions on when they will be collecting the rest of the items or how we will be receiving payment. Called the manager today, he only has excuses. Apparently they had to fire 8 staff for being ***********, and apparently he cannot take responsibility for the arrangements the previous staff made with us (which in my eyes should be binding on the company if they value their professionalism). Today only (3 days before we have to move) when calling the manager to find out when the desk will be collected and when we will receive payment. I was informed that they will not be taking the last item which leaves me with 3 days of trying to sell and remove. I am disgusted with the way this branch treats clients and the way they are happy to go back on their word.
