Pathetic franchise,False advertising.

Pathetic service. False advertising. Went on line to look for a TV. Got one on the Polokwane Checkers branch,went there and they told me that its not a smart tv???? But they advertised it as a smart tv. First walking in the store with loud music,you have to scream to talk. Then they are sending me up and down as if im the one who made the mistake!!! Waiting from morning to hear from the area manager but nothing from them. This is a really Pathetic franchise... there is no email or head office number for you to complain to. This is how they are running a franchise. False advertising and Pathetic service. I have a post of the smart tv that is priced at R999.00. I'll post this one every social media platform to inform everyone of this Pathetic franchise!!!!!!!!!!!!!
