Pathetic Customer Service!

Pathetic customer service from Gert! The guy didn't even care when I told him I was gonna lodge a complaint regarding his bad service. He's the reason why online shopping is topping sales. Customers would rather stay home than visit retail outlets like that.🚮🚮
