Pathetic Branch Manager!!!

<p>I have been a regular customer at cash crusaders Chris Hani Crossing and I've spent R80 000.00 in that store within the past two months. </p> <p> </p> <p>Being an entrepreneur that I am, I have turned to realize that the branch manager is not fit for that post.</p> <p>I have returned faulty items bought from that branch in few occasions and clearly the problem being from items they receive in and not properly tested before reselling.</p> <p>To to cut the long story short, I feel the sales consultants will do a much better job on that position than him. I think his name is Mike and has a Nigerian accent.</p> <p>Somebody has to train this gentlemen on how to handle customers, and as for me; I will no longer be spending my money there and I will be spreading the word until I get someone from higher management assuring me that he has been dealt with.</p>
