Pathetic and I was misled. Pathetic service. I was sold a broken Tablet!!!!!!!

On the 29th of February 2020, I went to Cash Crusaders in Walmer looking for a tablet for my daughter for her Education needs. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7inches (16GB) for R999.90. On the 12th of December, I returned the phone because it was giving me problems and it was actually 8gigs storage and not 16gig as it was shown on display at the shop and on my invoice.

They told me that they can only buy it back for only R500, he changed his mind and told me that he cannot buy it back but he can only repair it because the phone is old.

I have been *****ed by the company and I want my money back I do not want the Tablet anymore because I have lost confidence in the company due to the misrepresentation. I do not want this phone I want my money back because I was buying a 16gig tablet and they gave me an 8 gig Tablet.
