Pathetic and disgusting customer service

Such a pathetic service at cash crusaders,I brought an iPad from them in December 2015 the iPad came activated with music and pictures and some books already installed in it,since it was my first time having a apple product and it's a second hand I thought it was normal until November last (2018 )year when the iPad got blocked and needed an activation lock of the previous owner.Thats when I went looking for help,i went back to the store hoping they will be helpful but to my surprise they told me its out of warranty there is nothing they can do to help that's when I contacted their head office for help I then spoke to the operational manager Rudy, who told me they will never sell a product that has another person account in it as I explained that mine had an account even music and pictures but he insisted that I was not telling the truth and told me to go to the police station(while I brought my iPad from the store not police station) for some help to my surprise he even called me hard headed, I guess that how and what they call their customers ...basically they failed to help me I'm stuck with an iPad that doesn't work... Such a disgusting way and unprofessional they are,i have been a loyal customer to them and now I must go seek help from the police station... I will never ever buy my things there and will make sure to warm my family, friends and and colleagues of their pathetic ways of treating customers ..I want nothing to do with the company such hypocrites
