Password blocked and dirty so called refurbished products

So yet again cash Crusaders Overport. The Artruim gives me pathetic service. Well my wife in this case. My wife bought a mobile wifi router which was second hand. The quality of the product is pathetic. How do you refurbish products but doesn't even look like it been refurbished. It's dirty and at a high price of R500. A brand new mobile wifi router cost R599 at HI Fi Corp. Yet cash Crusaders is selling junk at such a high price. Secondly the product was even locked. The default wifi key password does not work which means the original owner change the product wifi password key. So how do you accept or sell products that's dirty and still not working properly at a high price of R500. I want a refund and I'll be putting it on hello Peter. That branch is useless. From management to staff. Customer service for me has been none existing everytime I try to get help or assistance from overport city /the Artruim cash Crusaders branch I have emailed cash Crusaders complaints department and still no response. I have inboxed cash Crusaders on Facebook and still no response
