Paid for iPhone 14 Pro at Cash Crusaders Tzaneen – They Confirmed It, Took My Money, and Still No Delivery!
Let me tell you what’s not okay.
Last week, I began communicating with Cash Crusaders Tzaneen via WhatsApp. I was clear about what I was looking for — an iPhone 14 Pro. I asked the right questions. I was told the phone was available. Ready. Waiting. All I needed to do was pay.
So I did.
On Sunday, I made full payment. I even received confirmation within minutes from a staff member named Josephine. Based on that confirmation, I immediately booked a courier — overnight collection. My side was done.
Then Monday came.
Out of nowhere, I receive a call from a different staff member telling me to cancel the pickup. The reason? Suddenly, the phone is “not ready.” Why? Because the previous owner's iCloud is still active.
Let that sink in.
I paid for a phone your store confirmed was ready for sale — and only after payment do I find out it's still locked and not usable? This isn’t just a misstep. It’s a breach of trust.
But it doesn’t end there.
The courier I paid for attempted collection three times on Monday. Each time, they were turned away. By now, the excuse had changed — the phone was apparently “out of stock.” From “ready to collect” to “not ready” to “out of stock” — all within 24 hours?
It’s now Tuesday morning. I’ve heard nothing from the store. No explanation. No apology. No update.
Let me be clear: I do not want a refund. I want the iPhone 14 Pro I paid for. The one your store confirmed was available. The one I booked a courier for. The one I was told was ready.
This isn’t about money. It’s about integrity. If you sold something you didn’t have, say so. If there’s a delay, explain it. But don’t go silent — and don’t treat customers like their time and trust mean nothing.
I’m waiting for a proper response. One that honours the transaction — and the truth.
This is not a story of miscommunication.
This is a story of neglect, incompetence, and a stunning lack of basic courtesy.

I didn’t pay for silence.
