Ozow Link not working

Hi there, I took a loan against my item. The contract was set to expire and I received a link this past Sunday to extend it. The amount was R26, I kept trying countless times to pay but it kept saying the link has expired. On Thursday 4 August I went to the store and I was told that's it's actually R100. Which explains why I couldn't pay via the link. I didn't have enough on me so I had to go back home. Can someone assist me with a new link so I can extend the loan. Also kindly advise why I was given the wrong amount on the sms as this is what has caused confusion and delays
