: i purchased a phone online with cashcrusaders, the phone was located at brakpan shop, 5 hours after the transaction is completed i receive a call from Stephan that they have actually made a mistake on by placing the wrong phone on the net. i requested that they send me the phone i purchased. instead he offers me a lower model than the one i purchased. he also insists that he has done a refund when no funds appear in my account, i would like for stephan to send me the phone i purchased online.
