Online buying correspondence non existant

Good day

Your online selling system is of no use.

Ive sent a query about selling two difference items on two seperate forms in the past 4days.

Both times I received an sms to say my application has been received.

I received a reply for my 1st query from Brandon Whittle (Cape Town) who then proceed to ask me to send through photographs again and almy address to source for collection if a buyer is found. Have not heard from him again.

Sent through a second request for a different item, again received an sms but no further correspondence.

For a company who buys items your online system is pretty broken.
