ONE MAN CAN SPOIL , THE WHOLE INDUSTRY ...

On the 12th of July 2020 at around 09h15 @ Cash Crusader Silverton Pretoria , the was load shedding , it is understandable and acceptable that some business do not have a back up plan during these national crises but that should not stop a business from running . Currently i have a loan with cash crusader which was expiring on the 12th of July but due to load shedding i was turned away not in a professional way by a store manager or supervisor his name is PHILLIP well , i am not sure what influenced him to turn me away and tell me that " I have been running these industry for 15 years and you can not tell me what to do " . All i wanted was to pay my Items so that they can extended my loan terms but for a moment i was not treated the same as other customers ... ONE MAN CAN SPOIL , THE WHOLE INDUSTRY ... Unfortunate i am not the only customer who is not satisfied but fortunate i am able to voice my opinion .

I hope Top management from Cash Crusader will treat these with a matter of urgency please send your best auditors ...
