Obnoxious manager

Poor management

Have been a client for many years. Know the staff by name. New management has a terrible attitude. Never see her on the floor or greeting a person. Just gives a dirty look and walks straight past a person. My wife wanted to speak to her today and she just left my wife standing without coming out of her cubicle in the back. On a previous occasion she went off at my then pregnant wife. I don’t know if she thinks she is better than the rest of us? As a manager, I seriously question her leadership and people s****s.

The staff on the other hand are very helpful. Zodwa, Evelyn, Regina and the other staff always ask us about our 3 children and even know them by name. I have spent thousands of rands at the store over the years. Ranging from TVs, mobile phones and other electronics etc. The store was great under Magda and everyone I have spoken to misses her. I have noticed that the store is also quieter. I put this down to the miserable management. I don’t see myself doing business with them if they cannot get a friendly manager. The store has become glum and depressing and is very badly arranged. Nothing makes sense. Whoever the owner is should seriously get someone with people s****s please and maybe a smile to run the place. Definitely not someone coming across as high handed or abrasive as this young lady
