Not explained how long guarantee is

Bought a pair dixon tweeters, tried to install them but one tweeter was not working, i was not able to return them the same day, because of work and other stuff , however went 5 days later and was told that i had to return them the same day, I have dealt with lots of place in my lifetime and most allow returns within seven days obviously not cash crusaders, When i tried to explain the staff they never even gave me the time of day, they were un interested and never even wanted to assist in any way, as a matter of fact they were rude. Please someone assist as now i am sitting with one tweeter.
