Not considered a customer

<p>I went into cash crusaders princess crossing to buy a DVD player which was advertised for 299 with speakers and remote. they were unable to find the remote after waiting at the tilll to pay and they took all my details for the purpose of purchasing the product . Maybe tget wI'll usee it for thair own ***** . so i asked but what must I do now coz I was buying this item that was advertised and ithad no items advertised. so i asked the manager what now and nothing. I had to leave no one cared. </p>
