Not adholding to the contract agreement they give out to customers

Cash crusader dobsonville store manager has a plan on how to rob us customers on our item. Today 03-02-2025 I went, like normal days of new month to pay for my item which I wanted to interest when i get there the cashier tells me that my item has used up all my extensions of which they give us 5 extensions then the 6th extensions you are meant to pay it out, and in my understanding of the contract which I have been following I have used 4 extensions left with 1 extensions leading to me paying out my item. I get there they tell me that the system says I have used all my extensions, I then ask the cashier how so she tells me I came 5 times n I explain and show her the month I have pawn till now it's 4 months n going to 5th month she then calls the manager the lady who's the manager gave me attitude n told me that these nothing she can do if the system says I hv used up my 5 extensions that is that then left me there hanging, I tried to explain what my contract says and she still say she goes with the system not my contract, So I lost my washing machine just like that as she doesn't want to help me
