Northmead Square cash crusaders

Regarding the northmead square branch. how come i should always have a bad experience going there? since i moved to benoni beginning of the year i bought several items there sold some gold etc. how come they are willing to loan more on a Xbox 360 than a high end cellphone? how come they cant attempt basic service? not even go the extra mile? is there anyone to contact in this franchise regarding this store? i think if the owner sold it to a better one more capable of handling this sort of business the experience will dramatically increase. in my 4 months of being a client buying and pawning I can definitely tell you I don't want to be a customer sad part is I don't even have issues. the point is everything cant always go backwards take your responsibility and get a franchisee in there that can get the job done. the mentality that customers need you and you don't need them is really just not a smart way going about it.
