No.1 Ridiculous shop in South Africa

I bought a smart TV at cash Crusaders in Roodepoort around April 2021, so when it plays it keeps on getting on and off intermittently. So I took the TV back around September (it was still under warranty) to them they said they will take it for repairs, they called me I think after a week and told me TV was fine, only to find out TV was kept in the shop was never taken to repairs. Now the TV is still doing the same thing I went back in December and told the guy who sold me the TV and he asked me to come back with it January because repairs were closed for the holidays. So when I take it back now in January they saying TV is out of warranty they cannot assist. Which I don't understand how because I took TV back in September and they never took it to repairs they just kept it in the shop. The service there is ridiculous.
