No Services!!!!!!!

Good day

Im now Fed up with Cash crusaders VAAL MALL. We bought 2 lenovo Laptops on 29 Desember 2020. Since We bought the Laptops I struggle to get the second Charger. There was only 1 charger the day we bought the Laptops and they promised they will get me the another charger.

We explained that the Laptops is for my Sons Dj. Last monday we phoned again to ask for the charger because my son had a 21st last Saterday . Up till now no charger no call, nothing.

When I SAID to the sales Person When I went back for the second time, Im going to Phone Coenie he laughted in my face. He SAID we bought it like that. HOW ???????? do you sell a laptop without a charger how must he Work with a flat Laptop......
