No return of money

I brought a 8channel Cctv KIT on the 8th February 2022 serial nr DN********** returnedit the recorder 10th for a new recorder DN********** because it was not working, the new recorder was again faulty no pictures nothing returned the whole kit to my money back I was told cant get my money at Cleary Park store in Port Elizabeth because the wires was tampered with all the returns to cash crusaders my CCTV wires was surely never orginal now i am to be blamed. Was a 3rd recorder provided DN**********83 which will not be uses Base on the customer protection act the customer has the right to returns good and this started the 2nd day of returning the item which still within the 7days. Ashley the store insisted the she can't give my money back the service was so bad wait 2hours i had to ask what is going on going they tested the product behind close door now they say my wires were tampered testing behind close doors cash they could've switch my wiring if cash crusaders know there policy well the about customer rights they will take there new sealed recorder back and give my money back to avoid and further action Lucinda ***
