No response from manager regarding goods

We pawned from our goods,went to collect our things only to find that our remote from dvd system is missing.Very unhappy we contacted the manager from the branch and said he will get back to us by Monday as he wasn't working on Saturday and didn't.We've been trying to get hold of him regarding the matter via cell phone and land line.Left messages and whatsapp messages,still we didnt receive any response from him.We would like to know who the owner of the branch in Polokwane is or any other person responsible for the branch so that we can get the matter resolved.Having no remote for system leavea you with something worth a lot and can not be used at all.
