No response

Enquired about a product at Westwood Mall Store through their WhatsApp platform with no response. Tried calling the store with number from Google and it said number doesn't exist. Emailed the store with no response. Emailed the customer care and still no response. I really don't understand how they operate as a business if they don't attend to customers. Extremely frustrating.
