No Refund , No Returns at cash crusaders

I bought an amplifier at cash crusaders polokwane game center, i went to the store to return the item in its original packaging. They refused and told me i should sell it to them at the pawn area. I was told they dont refund. I was told they dont have a guarantee on any items they sell even if new like the one i bought. I then asked to speak to the manager, i was told he is out of the shop, refused for me to call him, no number given. They told me i must leave wait for the manager not knowing when he is coming back. It was 10 am , i asked what if he comes at 4 pm... Silent.
