No refund!

I am so unhappy by the way I was treated and not explained the refund policy.

I bought 3 phones, thinking I will buy 2 and 1 extra for in case 1 breaks. I bought the phones and left. After an hour I went back to return the 3rd phone as it was a waste. They did not want to refund even though the phone is still im the same box not opened or switched on. They offered to buy it back at half the price I bought an a hour earlier. It is just ridiculous. I honestly dont see why they couldnt refund. Pathetic! If the phone was switched on or used I could've understand. But it was in the same condition as when I left the store.
