no one knows any thing

Why do Primrose Cash Crusaders have any people working there. I went in to the store to find out a couple things about some tools i want to buy but no one can tel me what i want to know. I asked if they can call frederick (manager) with whom i always speak and always get what i need or get the information that i need. I was then informed that he does not work there any more. I then asked if i can speak to anyone in the store that wil be able to help me and they just pulled their shoulders up, they dont know. The bad part is that i will not be coming bac k to this store and im sure there is alot of other customers that feel the same about the service in the store after frederick left.
