No feedback about the laptop

I went to purchase a laptop at cash crusaders at Midrand boulders and I found two guys Shayne and Ephraim . I bought a laptop that was close to R2000. They told me that cash crusaders sell used items therefore the laptop has to wiped . The information in the laptop that belonged to someone else. I paid the laptop and they said I must pay another fee for wiping information in the laptop and that R250 cash . The laptop worked for two days and after two days it went off. I contacted them to say the laptop is not working so they can book it for OBF and I went to the store so they can book it. The stored the laptop in the store for 14 days that's like two weeks. When I went last week that's when they booked it. I read the returns policy on the receipt and online . They called me demanding another R700 yesterday. Cash crusaders please help I have trying to get a hold of you. Even your contact centre please intervene in this matter my number is ***.
