No customer service

I wanted to buy speakers and a mixer from them. You must have certain cables to connect speakers to mixer. They don't have stock of this cables (first mistake because you need them so should not be out of stock ever if selling the mixers). Told them to source the cable from another store. I went back the next day and they did nothing to get cables. Told them again what to do. Next day went back and still nothing. He took my number and said he would contact m. I am still waiting. I have since send 3 emails to customer service and got no reply from them. How do you you claim to have best customer service on the website with this type of service????? Do not support them.
