No customer after service

I have logged a complaint about my phone that was send for repairs..... And still have not received any feedback from them. Cash crusaders Kathu tyrone is doing his utmost best to try to resolve this as i follow up every day and now they are also at a stop street and do not have answers for me anymore. They have been so helpful but i am starting to get very frustrated. Please can anyone give me feedback when will i receive my phone i am tired of the excuses of covid and looting etc.....
