No clear terms and conditions
The Ts&Cs for a loan contract are not really clear, on the contract It said a cost for a 30 day extension won't exceed more than R144, but when I got to the store I was told I need to pay R405 which is nowhere in the contract. This is a breach of contract. I contacted customer support with no response and I was told by the store I need to pay the amount or I will forfeit the asset.
