Nightmares at Cash Crusaders

It's been 3 months since I took my two cellphones for repairs at two different Cash Crusaders all in Pretoria. One is in Hatfield and the other in Arcadia.

The phones are their branded range, a Doogee Y9 and a Figi Note 1 Pro. All above R2100. ( These are their top range product )

Everytime I get there im always given a sorry to come next week. Their protocol was to get the products booked in and if there is a big problem, they will call and inform you of the problem. If you agree that they can fix it, I will get it after their 30 working days.

I have not recieved a call nor an e-mail notifying me of the progress of my repairs. Both the Cash Crusaders are playing with people's lives. Those phones are like my office as I work from home and do consultant work on my phones.

Please help me get what's mine from Cash crusaders Hatfield and Arcadia.
