New fridge not working .

I wrote a review 2 weeks back on this platform and they responded with a statement saying they are going to investigate the matter contact me and till today no have responded. I bought a new fridge21/09/2020 from day one it was malfunctioning and till today I am still waiting for repairs or replacement and the Empangeni bracnh manager was soo rude she did not even want to address my issue she made me wait 45minutes for while she was busy sending her subordinates who had no idea on how to assist me. The customer service is also not helping. This is soo disappointing.
