Never will I ever buy from Cash Crusaders again!!

I am very unlucky with buying items from Cash Crusaders.

Firstly, I bought a watch in Bloemfontein (Charlotte Maxeke) and the strap broke the same day of purchase. I returned it and they 'tried' to fix it only to find that it will break again on my way home. Happened 2 times after that until I demanded for my refund or an exchange. It was exchanged after a while.

Today, I bought a phone (2020 model) at Johannesburg (Albertina Sisulu) and it came with a counterfeit, unmarked charger and no earphones. Just as I was to accept it, I notice that there is no pin that opens the sim-tray and this made me furious. HOW AM I EXPECTED TO USE MY PHONE AND INSERT THE SIM CARD!? I FRANKLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND!

I understand that this is a pre-owned, but I think I should have been notified of such prior to my purchase. Do your franchises even check the correct items that must be in the box or do you just jump to buying pre-owned goods? I'm honestly not happy.

I will never, ever buy from Cash Crusaders again! 2 different stores, both offer problems. :-(
