Never purchase a phone from Cash Crusadars Nigel

Terribly disappointment! I bought a brand new cellphone from Cash Crusadars Nigel. While the device was still in it's warranty period (warranty period 12months) it developed a software problem. I phoned the store and asked them if software is covered under the warranty and they said yes. I took in my device and was told I'll get it back in a week maybe 2. It's been over 4 weeks now and still nothing. I visit the store daily and each day they give a different excuse. I use my phone for business, no phone means no clients, no clients for 4 weeks means no income for 4 weeks. Terrible service, really!!
