Never buy from Cash crusaders Amanzimtoti

Bought a double door fridge 1 month ago, the fridge is making terrible noises, struggling every day to get through on calls, went to the store many times ,empty promises. 1 technician came and said noises is normal, its so load i cant sleep, it wakes us up at night even, dont tell me its normal any human can hear its not when we play the videos to the guys in the store they all agree something is wrong, spoke to head office x2 promised to be called back, nothing, spoke to the owner, he promised to come fetch the fridge and give immedaite refund, he listened to the videos and also agree something is wrong, he promised last week they will come fetch the fridge and give immediate refund, since last week thursday, we still waiting, first excuse is taxi strike, yesterday the excuse was its raining and they dont have a cover, i find it hard to believe a store like that does not have 1 cover, he promised today they will come 10, its 11:30 he again does not answer his whats app, we had to go to the store again, they dont answer calls at all even the guy we bought the fridge from does not answer his whats apps giving us the run around for 1 month now, worst service ever, ever and its NOT small money im talking about here, consumer act is my next step. We have been complaining since the next week we had the fridge.!!!!
