Never Again Will I Buy From Cash Crusade Centurion

On Friday the 06th Of November I went to Cash Crusaders in Centurion Mall, I was assisted by a guy named Tshepo who sold us two Laptops, an HP and an ACER, this ACER laptop he had said he had saved it for himself but he will sell it anyway. Upon getting home the DELL laptop password was not correct, we phoned him countless times to no avail and to poor customer service and less corporation. Till this day the Laptop we bought is not working. He makes empty promises that he will provide the Password but nothing. If a Company invest in such an individual then we have a problem as Consumers to buy from such a character.<br> <br> He acts as though by looking for the password he is doing us a favor whereas this is his job, He is getting paid for it for crying out Loud. I regret ever going to Centurion Mall I trusted the branch because I have worked with it for years, Selling my staff to them. But today I'm Disappointed more than words can express. My business has to get stuck because the laptop is not working meaning I just threw my money in the water. This Tshepo person says I must come to the branch such an inconvenience. I stay in Pretoria West so getting there is costly!!!
