negligence on items

<p>on the 18th july 2016 i have went to cash crusaders at midrand bolders wereby i went to get a loan of 1800 in exchange of my phone on which i have made it clear to the consultant that i'm leaving my sim-card in the phone as i dont want it to get lost on which my total cost for the phone is 20000 however when i got tho the branch to pay out phone on the 25 july 2016 my phone was not in good condition on which the the sim-card holder and the poucher was taken off the phone and my sim-card is missing. please help about the metter on which it feels like they have failed to safely keep my phone and that could ruin the company name due to the service and negligence of goods</p>
