Neglegence

On the 5th of December I sent through my 40 inch plasma tv to the Cash Crusaders in King Williams Town not for selling but for them to hold on to it as I needed cash. Now when I went to fetch the Plasma TV the legs were missing, I was told the buyer that has initiated the sale was not at work. I have to come back the following day. The following day the buyer tells me the leds for the TV are not missing and he will look for them in store room as they have lots of electronics. Now I asked him don't they bind customer's goods together when a person brings them inn? Not only that they are costing me time and money to go to town to their branch and I have to be the one who phones them they can't be bothered. The name of the buyer is Mr B Du Plessis
