Need assistance on getting my phone back

Good morning can someone please assist me I am really tired of waiting it's been five months without my phone that I purchased at cash crusaders they took it for repairs and now they say is a customers negligence which is I do not understand it when my phone did not last even six month I have already reported this matter with their head office .A guy called Stanton from Cash Crusaders headoffice assisted me he told me that they tried resolving this issue with cash converts /exchange they can't assist me .The sad thing in this is that I a regular customer to that store Cash Crusader in parow but the service that they have given to me is soooo bad .I regret purchasing at that store .I am sure they are not checking their phones when the customer is there to trade in a phone they only Che k battery life ,space and how is operating. When I asked them if do they do that they never answer me guys I am in need of my phone .I can't keep on asking people to borrow me their phones.
