Nauseating Service Cash Crusaders Dobsonville

I recently had the misfortune of interacting with an employee at Dovsinville Cash Crusaders by name of Nthabiseng after, I have written a positive review about her colleague at the same store, Nthabiseng completely ruined my experience. The staff member was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Despite my polite demeanor, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Firstly she refused to help me sign out of my Samsung Account, becoz is against company policy, ii then had to leave the shop to buy data and log out, I then returned to the store, she asked silly questions, like where did I buy the phone from, the name of the shop, their cellphone number, the address despite telling her that I have an account with the store and I'm pledging the same phone for the second time, she continued validating my Driver's Licence although I agree it was expired, but I told her I've been doing business with the store for more than 4 years and they have copies of my ID, she refused to assist me any further i spend more than 3 hours in the store while she was chatting with other employees without assisting customers who were there.

Her behavior was appalling, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic human decency, which was clearly not the case here.

I hope the management takes steps to address this employee's behavior and provides better training on customer service. Big up to Jabulani Cash Crusaders who were extremely helpful.
