N1 Value center Cash crusaders are doing ***** things and *****ing from innocent people for a long time
N1 Value center Cash crusaders is the worst branch ever, they sell broken items that are not tested and then they refuse to give you a refund the next day even though you have your receipt and fall within the return time frame.
At this store you must pay the manageress bribe money for her to help you, a lot of people have been ****** like this already and this trend shows no signs of slowing down.
Do not buy from them, they are a bunch of ******* and ************s, robbing hard working people for our money.
There is a lot of *******ion at the store and it is us the customers that are paying the price, I found out too late about the ******* going on at the store, if you are thinking of buying any items, rather look at marketplace or cash converters, you are better off, dont even consider buying from them.
The manageress confessed that the staff are unqualified and lack understanding of the equipment so the items purchased are never tested so they buying broken stuff, doing ***** deals so the manageress can make money for herself.
The broken items are then sold to customers giving us the impression that we can test it and return it if it does not work but then when you test it at home and it does not work then they don't give you a refund instead they now expect you to go pay for a certificate from a technician to say that the item does not work.

I have seen or heard 0 good reviews about this store and the owners should just close up and let Cash converters take over, they know how to do business, they have staff that are warm and friendly, they have a manager that has experience working with people and they treated the customer fairly.
Not cash crusaders, no way, they will sell you an item, they tell you they dont have anyone to test it for you, they make you believe that it works and make you think you have nothing to lose, they tell you clearly that if you have any issues you can return the item within 48hours and then go against their word, when you try to have the item returned or replace or even repaired they are not prepared to assist.
If this was a once off, yes, I will say okay, give them another chance but this is something that has happened to every customer that has dealt with this store and that is certainly a concern for anyone.
One day this will happen to the wrong person and then someone is going to end up getting hurt badly, this day is coming very soon, you cant be robbing people and thinking that you guys will get away with it all the time.
Stay away from Cash crusaders especially the one N1 Value center Capetown, worst store ever, clearly ranked in last place in the entire franchise, I wonder if the franchis owners and brand executives care about the damage that this store has been causing or if they will even bother to read this or do anything to fix it.
