My item was sold to someone else

I am being made a fool here at Cash Crusaders Carnival Mall Brakpan, I Put my two Xbox controllers against cash and today when I go to pay in order to get my items I'm being told that my second controller was sold to someone else, I'm being offered other controllers that are not even the model I brought in... I have paid for both Items mind you, I have the slip on my side I am really not happy at all and I want my exact item or a new one!! I am really not going to give up
