My item was ****** and the owner and staff **** to me about still having it and made me re-pawn an item they no longer had.

I pawned my wedding ring at Cash Crusaders in town, on Albertina Sisulu., A few days ago I wanted to pay for it and re-pawn it. One of attendants opened up my profile using my ID and jumped up to the manager. She came back and hugged me and said sorry. The manager then rushed behind her and said, "Go ahead and pawn it". The consultant had earlier told me that the workers stole over 40 phones and over 20 laptops. I immediately had a bad feeling. A few days later I went back and asked to see my ring, they told me the owner asked them to lie to me as my ring had been ****** months ago. Today they told me I need to pay back the money I owe them then we can discuss way forward. They **** to me knowing well that when I was re-pawning, they owed me much more than I owed them. Shame on the owner and staff for this behavour.
