<p>My husband insisted I go to them. I was dealing with Lindile via whatsapp and had no problems. I said I would be there today. On arrival there was a few people (7) staff walking in and out the look at you but don't even look at you...</p> <p>I then went to the counter and ask for Lindile I was told no one by that name works there (funny I was chatting to them over whatsapp) and had called them on the landline at Davenport.... I then ask for Denver who Lindile said I must, we'll asked this guy who was not friendly at all couldn't even look at me when he spoke to me, looked out the door at the floor...and very rudely asked can he help, I told him the story and he then rudely says so then what do I want....me confused as I've just explained to him said I have some stuff to sell... he again say so how can he help... me not impressed he still couldn't look at me it was like I was disgusting to look at or was it because I was the only white person there and he actually didn't want to help me.</p> <p>I left and called them from my car again was told the person who I was chatting to was infact the manager Gerald who by the way I was told last week to email him pictures of the items I want to sell and he would get back to me....(please note I'm still waiting for my email reply)!</p> <p>Also when I was waiting I asked one of the guys in the queue sitting down why is everyone waiting so long and not being helped he said they had sold stuff to the store BUT they didn't have the cash to pay them they were waiting to be paid....they were waiting almost an hour seriously!!!<br />I'm totally shocked at the service and treatment I received. <br />I then called the Southway Mall Cash Crusaders and chatted to a wonderful guy by the name of Niren who actually was the owner (well if you want to be spoken to nicely and with respect) go to him at Southway Mall.</p> <p>He was great with all customers who walked in the door every one was treated the same with the same respect.<br />DON'T USE CASH CRUSADERS AT DAVENPORT!!!!</p>
