My Hard drive was changed

CASH CRUSADERS SUNNYSIDE PRETORIA I still dont believe what they did with my laptop. I pawn my laptop and all the months i would pay the interest and on time even calling them to chech the expiring dates. I went and paid last interest 2 days before the expiring date and i was told it was the last month and in November i need to collect it. The next week on the 15/10/2022 i decided to go collect it a paid tge full amount required. Only to find out when i get home that all my photos, documents, music and Videos, i mean everything was not there. I checked at the back of the laptop only to find that the two *****s on the hard drive were tempered with. Does this mean my hard drive was changed? And where is all my things???? I called the store and the guy asked me, itsnt it that we gave you the wrong laptop? Please i need answers and im waiting for the manager to call me because something doesnt make sense. And i need my hard drive as well. I will investigate this untill i get answers. If things are being ****** while in their hands then i will never never trust them again and i promise to escalate this matter further
