Cash Crusaders Field street Durban I bought a phone Galaxy S7 on the 14-10-2019 at 10:50 and the salesman called Mthembu Phendukani the phone was written R1899 I paid cash the guy told that the phone sometimes take long to get on like few minutes I said fine and he gave me the slip written no warrantee,repair, refund or exchange was written with the black pen and when I try to on the phone it took about plus 12 hours to get on once it off I went to them and I asked them why they didn't tell me that because the told it just minor things and second hand phone Manager Zack he said they don't have a right to tell me everything it my responsibility to check the phone my self because no one pointed me with the gun to buy the phone or to take money from my pocket and I asked him about the customer rights and warranty policy and store policy he said all that doesn't apply off which they knew about this problem the wanted to get rid of the phone off which is wrong and don't want anything else from Cash Crusaders just want my Money back the phone was with me less than 24hours and it giving technical problems, so I need help from this I've from Cash Converters electronics stuff but I never ever experienced this problem.
